It is therefore most important to the contentment and welfare of the people of this Province that, the School Lands amounting to Five hundred and forty-nine thousand two hundred and seventeen Acres, be applied to the purposes for which they were originally intended.

Thousands of acres of school lands lie scattered all over our Province, locked up and unavailable, while our children are growing up without those advantages these lands were intended to confer.
